Trump Doesn’t Believe FBI -Insists Obama Tapped His Phone
President Donald Trump does not believe the FBI about phone tapping during the presidential election. FBI Director James Comey has insisted Barack Obama did not wire tap Trump’s phone but the president refuses to believe him.
Trump spokesperson Sarah Huckabee Sanders told Good Morning America today that Trump did not believe Comey and he intended to seek the truth.
“The president firmly believes that the Obama administration may have tapped into the phones at Trump Tower and that this is something that we should look into'” Huckabee Sanders said. “We’d like to know for sure.”
Huckabee Sanders also suggested that Trump’s security clearance meant he had proof of his claims. “He’s at a much higher classification than I am, so he may have access to documents that I don’t know about,” she said.
Trump was reportedly furious about at the unproven wire tapping. Despite absolutely no evidence of Obama ordering wire taps on him, a close acquaintance of Trump’s reported that Trump was ‘seething.’
“I spoke with the president twice yesterday about the wiretap story. I haven’t seen him this pissed off in a long time,” CEO of Newsmax Christopher Ruddy said.
“When I mentioned Obama ‘denials’ about the wiretaps, he shot back: ‘This will be investigated, it will all come out. I will be proven right'” Ruddy reported.
