Fox’s Chris Anderson Dismisses Trump Campaign Manager’s ‘Ridiculous’ Claim That Iowa Caucus Was Rigged
Chris Anderson of the Fox News’ Decisions Desk has dismissed out of hand the idea that the Iowa Caucuses were rigged. The idea has been advanced by President Donald Trump’s campaign manager Brad Parscale. Anderson addressed the claim directly.
“One thing that we can say with a whole lot of confidence is this was not rigged,” Anderson said. “Because if something is rigged, it benefits the people that rigged it. And this is the absolute worst outcome for the Iowa Democratic Party.”
Anderson was asked about Parscale’s speculation. Parscale tweeted that the ‘quality control’ now taking place meant the polling was indeed rigged.

“That’s slightly more ridiculous than the outcome of the caucuses last night, which is just a travesty,” Anderson said.
“It wasn’t rigged. There’s no way around that. This is the total diminishment [sic] of the Iowa Caucuses. Even if they do put their results out, presumably they will sometime, the impact’s greatly diminished.”
