Trump Says ‘We’d Be in World War Six By Now’ If He Listened to John Bolton
President Donald Trump lashed out at former National Security Adviser John Bolton on Wednesday. In some bizarre tweets, the President claimed that if he’d listened to Bolton, there would have been several world wars in remarks that are odd even for Trump.
“For a guy who couldn’t get approved for the Ambassador to the U.N. years ago, couldn’t get approved for anything since, ‘begged’ me for a non Senate approved job, which I gave him despite many saying ‘Don’t do it, sir,’ takes the job, mistakenly says ‘Libyan Model’ on T.V.’ Trump began.
….many more mistakes of judgement, gets fired because frankly, if I listened to him, we would be in World War Six by now, and goes out and IMMEDIATELY writes a nasty & untrue book. All Classified National Security. Who would do this?

There have been two world wars and it’s not at all clear how the U.S. could have fought three more and now be in the midst of a sixth global conflict in the relatively brief time Bolton was with the administration. Trump is lashing out at Bolton amid fears that he will testify in the impeachment trial if Republicans don’t get the votes to stop witnesses.
