Trump Accuses Jewish Democrats of ‘Great Disloyalty’
During a rambling press conference in the Oval Office on Tuesday afternoon, President Trump said that any Jews who vote for Democrats are showing “great disloyalty.” Whether he meant to him or to the United States is open for debate, though in Trump’s mind there is no difference between the two:
Reaction was swift, particularly from Rep. Ilhan Omar, who Trump and other conservatives have spent months accusing of disloyalty to America over her criticisms of Israel’s repression of Palestinians:

Let’s be very clear here: Trump is invoking antisemitic stereotypes in order to accuse Jews of supporting antisemites.
