Trump’s Doctor Hid Cauliflower in Mashed Potatoes to Improve His Health
President Donald Trump’s doctor hid cauliflower in the President’s mashed potatoes in an effort to improve his diet, according to a new report. White House Doctor Ronny Jackson admitted to trying to improve Trump’s health, despite the fact he publicly claimed he was very healthy.
Jackson stated he wanted to help Trump lose weight.
“The exercise stuff never took off as much as I wanted it to,” Jackson told the New York Times of his plans for Trump.
“But we were working on his diet. We were making the ice cream less accessible, we were putting cauliflower into the mashed potatoes,” he said.
Trump is famously fond of ice cream and reportedly makes sure he has two scoops at the White House, whereas his guests only have one. The President is also very likely obese, despite his protestations that he has excellent health.
Jackson previously claimed in a press conference that Trump had ‘incredible genes’ and did ‘exceedingly well’ at a basic cognitive exam. Partially as a result of these remarks, Jackson was considered for the position of Secretary of Veterans’ Affairs.
The doctor’s remarks may not please Trump, considering he has some sensitivity about his weight and health.
