Fox News’ Guest: Elizabeth Warren Is ‘Not A Nice Person’ Who Is Counting on Low Info Voters
Fox & Friends spoke to a talk radio host on Friday following the third Democratic primary debate. The segment was ostensibly aimed at calling Senator Elizabeth Warren a hypocrite because of her stance in corporate donations but Howie Carr had some other thoughts on the race.
“You know, she claims she provided the intellectual foundations to the Occupy Movement,” Carr said.
“When that was briefly the cause of the day. And then as soon as it went south, you know, crime, drugs, et cetera. She said, someone asked her did you say you supplied the intellectual foundation? I don’t remember saying that. So they showed her the video.”
“You know, she is — she is not a nice person. She was playing it safe last night. I think she is just waiting for — you know, with the three top contenders, Bernie, Biden and her. She’s the spring chicken. She’s only 70. Waiting for the other two to stumble even further. She wasn’t saying anything”
“Does it work?” co-host Ainsley Earhardt asked. “The average American might not be reading all the newspapers, might not be keeping up with all the different fundraisers. They might just watch the debate and they hear her talk about denouncing big money. And then they’r like, oh, you know, I don’t have a lot of money in my bank account. I like her, check.”
“You know, that’s a good point, Ainsley. I think she’s counting on the low info voter crowd. But the problem is some polls have asked the respondents who’s your second choice? And she’s not the second choice of many Biden people. She is the seconds choice of a lot of Bernie people. Bernie is going nowhere. You’re gonna need the jaws of life to pry him out of this fight.”
