Anderson Cooper DRAGS Pam Bondi For Portraying Herself As A Champion Of LGBT People
Apparently, Anderson Cooper had no time for Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi’s shit on Tuesday.
During a live CNN interview, Cooper went all in on Bondi, pointing out her rank hypocrisy in describing herself as a “champion” of the LGBT community after she previously tried to stop gay marriage from being legal in her state, even after the Supreme Court ruled favorably for marriage equality.
Speaking to the AG about potential scam charities that could take advantage of people in the wake of the Orlando shooting, Cooper quickly pivoted to talking about Bondi’s standing within the LGBT community. Specifically, he pointed out that while she claims she would fight hard to protect them now, in the past, she stated that gay marriage would “impose significant public harm” on the people of Florida.
Immediately, Bondi got a deer in the headlights look, realizing she had just stepped right in front of a silver-haired buzzsaw named Anderson Cooper. The openly gay anchor wanted her to explain to gays and lesbians in the state how she can be a champion of them with her past history. She stammered out that she was just trying to uphold the state’s constitution and do her job. Unfortunately for her, Cooper wasn’t Wolf Blitzer, and he just kept on firing.
He repeatedly pointed out that she said that gay marriage would hurt the people of Florida, and when she claimed that she never said “gay people could do harm to the state of Florida,” Cooper just retorted, “you argued that in court.” BURN!
That was just the beginning. Anderson spanked her for hyping a hotline for spouses and family members of victims, telling her that if she had her way in court, many people would have been unable to utilize the service, calling it a “sick irony.” She continued to try to defend her attempts to fight gay marriage even after federal ruling, only to have Cooper bring up the fact that she cost the state hundred of thousands of dollars in her Quixotic quest to deny equal rights to certain people.
And he STILL wasn’t done. In an attempt to shame Cooper away from roasting her over an open flame, she said that this time was about the victims, you know, “human beings!” Cooper’s response: “Yeah, it’s about gay and lesbian victims.” He then called her “hypocritical” for trying to portray herself as some kind of hero and fighter of the gay community.
Following one more failed attempt by Bondi to make it seem like she cares about everyone, but especially LGBT people, Cooper waylaid her with this gem:
“I will say I have never really seen you talk about gays and lesbians and transgender people in a positive way until now. I read your Twitter history for a last year and you were tweeting about, you know, National Dog Month and National Shelter Dog Appreciation Day or Adopt A Shelter Dog Day. It is Gay Pride Month. You never even tweeted about Gay Pride Month.”
After the interview, Bondi was immediately taken to an ICU burn unit to treat the third-degree burns she received after Cooper DRAGGED her ass.

I wonder Cooper made her late for the Lying Bitches for Jesus meeting.
