Trump Appears to Call on States to Rise Up Against Coronavirus Restrictions
President Donald Trump has called on people to ‘liberate’ their states – apparently from social distancing measures introduced to tackle the Covid-19 global pandemic. In a series of tweets, the President seemed to call on people to rise up.
“LIBERATE MINNESOTA!” Trump tweeted.

“LIBERATE MICHIGAN!” Trump went on.

“LIBERATE VIRGINIA, and save your great 2nd Amendment. It is under siege!” Trump said.

All three states have Democratic governors, which will come as no surprise since the President has repeatedly attacked Democrats leading states through the Coronavirus. His tweets are alarming, however, as he seems to be inducing his supporters to rise up against their state governments.
