Trump: ‘I Gotta Talk’ To Hannity For Bringing On ‘All These Losers Who Say Horrible Things’ About Me
Tune into Fox News’ Hannity on any given night and you’d be hard pressed to find a negative word said about President Trump. Host Sean Hannity spends the bulk of every broadcast carrying water for the president while lashing out at the Mueller investigation, the Destroy Trump Media, and the Deep State. If there’s negative news for the president, Hannity’s there with the counter-narrative.
The president, however, apparently thinks Hannity is letting way too much Trump criticism make its way onto the air.
During his campaign rally in Montana Thursday night, the loyal Hannity viewer riffed on the Fox News primetime host and chided him for his guest selection.
“Do we love Sean Hannity by the way?” Trump asked his cheering supporters. “I love him.”
He continued, “Here’s the only problem. He puts up all these losers that say horrible things. I gotta talk to him. One after another, Donald Trump — he’s lost it up here.”
The president went on to say he couldn’t have possibly lost it since he is able to do hourlong rally speeches without any notes. He then pointed to the reporters in the back of the arena and called them “fake news.”
While Trump is of the opinion that he’s getting hammered on Hannity, it was just one night ago when Trump Media Advisory Board member Gina Loudon used her Hannity appearance to claim that her new book uses “science and real data” to show Trump is the “most sound-minded” president in history. On top of that, Hannity tends to rely on the same cadre of Trump sycophants — Sara Carter, Dan Bongino, Gregg Jarrett, Seb Gorka — to fill out his guest list night after night.
