Fox’s Brian Kilmeade: Democrats Will Revolt If Biden ‘Decides to Go Moderate’
Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade accused former Vice President Joe Biden if having a bad temper on Wednesday, though he allowed the Democratic presidential candidate might not be a socialist. The Fox & Friends host addressed Biden directly.
Kilmeade pointed to Biden’s comments about beating Senator Bernie Sanders, a self-identified socialist, to defend himself against the charge that he’s too far left. The Fox host reiterated the network’s ongoing argument that Biden is a ‘Trojan Horse’ for the left.
“Yeah, but the reason why you have united the Democratic Party is because you’re not a moderate,” Kilmeade said.
“Because moderates would not have AOC, would not have the Squad, would not have the Democratic Party behind him, would not have Senator Markey. So I think he’s gotta be asked when the rubber hits the road. And if he decides to go moderate, he’s gonna have an insurrection of Democrats who go, who put this guy up there?”
Kilmeade went on to suggest that Biden’s comments on beating Sanders showed a lack of self-control.
“No-one thinks he’s necessarily a socialist,” Kilmeade said. “But he way he answers that shows a lack of skill and shows that temper again.”
He argued that Biden’s supposed problems with anger could benefit President Donald Trump in the presidential debates.
