Fox’s Brian Kilmeade: Judge May Have Delayed Michael Flynn Case Hoping ‘We Get a President Biden’
Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade suggested on Friday that the judge overseeing Michael Flynn’s case decided to delay dropping the matter because he hopes Joe Biden wins the election. The Fox & Friends host took aim at Judge Emmet Sullivan after he appointed a retired judge to determine if Flynn had lied.
Fox & Friends showed a clip of conservative Mark Levin slamming Sullivan as a ‘rogue judge’.
“And the real fear I have for Michael Flynn’s welfare, his family’s welfare is that they’re gonna go into a delay a game of four corners offense before the 30 second shot clock,” Kilmeade said.
“And they’re gonna just say wait to see if we get a President Biden at which time they can have a brand new Justice Department to take a look and Michael Flynn’s life just ends up in hyper space in an apartment somewhere wondering how he’s to pay his bills.”
“Could not be more unjust,” Kilmeade said.
It’s important to note that Kilmeade is speculating about Judge Sullivan’s partisan motivations, predicated on the idea that Flynn is innocent. Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI and the Justice Department’s decision to drop the case is widely regarded as a political move to help the President.
