‘Fox & Friends’ Host to Trump: ‘How Can We Pray for You?’
President Donald Trump gave a live interview to Fox & Friends on Monday to discuss the Covid-19 global pandemic. Toward the end of the interview, co-host Ainsley Earhardt asked the President how people could pray for him and went on to suggest that everyone should.
“I have to go to work,” Trump told the Fox News hosts. “Taking phone calls.”
“Could I ask you one last question?” Earhardt said. “How can we pray for you?”
“Well, I would love that,” Trump replied. “I would love to say how the Evangelicals community, the Christian community and really communities of faith for the most part have really been on my side.”

“You saw that in the last election,” Trump said. “And I think you’ll see it even more so in this election. But when people say that to me, it’s always a great honor, Ainsley. I know how you feel and it’s always a great honor and I really do appreciate it.”
“Well, the Bible is clear. We need to pray for our leaders,” Earhardt said. “And we are praying for you. Many in this country are clinging to God right now.”
