Ann Coulter Chews Out Trump For Caving On Shutdown: ‘Biggest Wimp Ever To Serve As President’

The conservative pundit who essentially forced President Donald Trump to shut down the government over border wall funding was pissed off that the president completely caved this afternoon by signing a short-term deal that included nothing for the wall.

Shortly after Trump wrapped up his Rose Garden announcement, far-right provocateur and In Trump We Trust author Ann Coulter ripped the president a new one on Twitter.

“Good news for George Herbert Walker Bush: As of today, he is no longer the biggest wimp ever to serve as President of the United States,” she wrote.

It was Coulter’s provocations and jabs at Trump last month that many felt was the reason why the president reversed course and reneged on his agreement to sign a spending bill that didn’t include direct funding for Trump’s long-promised border wall along the southwestern border.

Meanwhile, earlier this month, Coulter said she had little faith that the president would get money for the wall, saying that “he’ll fold in the end.”
