‘The Hyenas Start to Eat Each Other’: Sebastian Gorka Unleashes Hilarious Tirade Against Trump’s Foes

There is a lot about life in Donald Trump’s America that is not remotely funny. Then there is Sebastian Gorka.

The one-time Trump advisor posted an absolutely bizarre video to his Twitter feed late Thursday night. Staring into a camera in a badly-lit hallway like a kidnapper in a hostage ransom video, Gorka cheerleads Trump’s declassification of national intelligence as part of Attorney General Bill Barr’s investigation into the origins of the Russia probe.

But first, we get his invocation of a catchphrase that went stale almost a decade ago: “Thanks to the actions and statements of Nancy Pelosi in the last 48 hours, the president has brought forth his decision, and the kraken has been unleashed.”

You’re actually supposed to say the Kraken has been “released,” but never mind.

Gorka continues in this vein as if this is his lost audition tape to play the Mandarin in Iron Man 3: “We will find out who began the biggest political scandal in American history and where the responsibility lies.”

And wouldn’t you know it, the scandal goes all the way to the top! Or as Gorka puts it, “Watch in the next two days. The rats, the hyenas start to eat each other. Clapper, Brennan, Lynch, even Obama. The fun and games have begun.”

If anything, comedian J.A. Adomian’s impression of Gorka on the Chapo Trap House podcast comes off as understated next to the real thing.
