Fox Business Network’s Melissa Francis Named Co-Host Of Fox News’ Outnumbered
Fox News announced on Monday that Fox Business host Melissa Francis will now serve as co-host of panel show Outnumbered, which airs on weekdays at 12 PM. Francis will join co-anchor Harris Faulkner in leading the show, which features a rotating panel of four women discussing the day’s top news with the program’s signature #OneLuckyGuy.
Outnumbered executive producer Jay Soroko noted that “Melissa has served as a frequent panelist throughout the years and our audience has come to value her smart commentary and expert analysis” while making the announcement of the move.
He added, “We are thrilled she’s joining Outnumbered as she will undoubtedly contribute to the program’s continued success.”
Along with her role as Outnumbered co-host, Francis will continue to co-host FBN’s post-market show After the Bell, which airs weekdays at 4 PM ET.
“I am proud to have the opportunity to work alongside the brilliant women on Outnumbered,” Francis said, “and look forward to sharing my perspective with viewers across both FOX News Channel and FOX Business Network on a daily basis.”
She joined Fox Business in 2012 and prior to joining the network, she worked as a co-anchor on CNBC’s programs The Call and Power Lunch. In 2003,k she made history when she was the first reporter to broadcast live from the New York Mercantile Exchange’s floor.
