Michelle Wolf Compares Ivanka To Herpes: ‘You’re Very Unpleasant, Totally Incurable’
You ready for some more pearl-clutching and hand-wringing from cable news pundits over the “lack of civility” in our political discourse?
Weeks after Full Frontal host Samantha Bee came under fire and faced calls for her show’s cancellation after she labeled White House senior advisor Ivanka Trump a “feckless cunt,” Netflix’s Michelle Wolf took aim at the presidential daughter by comparing Ivanka to a sexually transmitted disease.
During Sunday night’s broadcast of The Break, the comedian brought up Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) encouraging people to peacefully confront Trump administration figures in public following Trump’s “zero tolerance” immigration policy resulting in thousands of migrant children being separated from their families. Wolf said she agreed with Waters’ call that she didn’t think it went far enough. Instead, she said that you “can’t just casually harass these people, you have to insult them specifically.”
Wolf added, “‘You’re a cunt’ doesn’t hurt them. It’s on their vision board.”
From there, Wolf — who is already near the top of Team Trump’s enemy list over her WHCD performance — unleashed a number of harsh take-downs of Ivanka Trump and other notable conservatives.
“If you see Ivanka on the street, first call her Tiffany,” Wolf exclaimed. “This will devastate her. Then, talk to her in terms she will understand.”
She continued, “Ivanka, you’re like vaginal mesh. You were supposed to support women, but now you have blood all over you and you’re at the center of a dozen lawsuits.”
The comedian kept going back to Ivanka Trump when she would think of another insult to toss her way, ending with this one that will surely lead to outrage within the Conservative Entertainment Complex.
“Is your nickname herpes?” Wolf noted. “Because you’re not necessarily the most dangerous person in the administration but you’re very unpleasant, totally incurable and you always show up when we’re about to get fucked!”
