Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly Makes Another Nazi Reference While Attacking Pro-Choice Liberals

At this point, I believe it is pretty fair to say that O'Reilly is suffering from some form of Nazi Tourette syndrome.

Seriously, can Bill O’Reilly go one fucking day without using a Nazi reference when talking about liberals and Democrats? Over the past week or so, The O’Reilly Factor host and fake war zone reporter has compared #BlackLivesMatter and Planned Parenthood to Nazi Germany. During Monday’s broadcast of his show, the humble correspondent did it again following a ‘Talking Points’ segment where he stated that liberals are “morally bankrupt” and once again criticized black activists and women’s health organizations.

Following yet another self-important ‘takedown’ of #BlackLivesMatter and Planned Parenthood, O’Reilly turned to Fox News contributor Charles Krauthammer for some back-patting on his fine work in once again exposing the evilness of blacks and supporters of a woman’s right to choose. While Krauthammer agreed with much of Bill-O’s rant, he took umbrage with the fact that liberals are “morally bankrupt,” as O’Reilly said with utter conviction. Krauthammer then tried to explain that liberals and progressives tend to support underdogs and those who don’t have as large a seat at the table.

But Papa Bear was having none of it. He was in full spittle-flying mode about his favorite targets — feminists and black folks — and he was going to make sure that Krauthammer realized just how motherfucking evil those people really are. O’Reilly claimed that Democrats just want “abortion on demand” and, therefore, can’t make the claim that they are for helping those who are defenseless. When Krauthammer answered by saying liberals don’t look at abortion the same way as conservatives and don’t see a fetus as a living human being, O’Reilly shot back with a ready-made Nazi reference.

KRAUTHAMMER: On the particular issue of abortion, the Democratic party and liberals have talked themselves into the belief–

O’REILLY: Oh, baloney.

KRAUTHAMMER: That this is not a human being.

O’REILLY: Oh, baloney. You can’t talk yourself into that belief. When you see the marketing of body parts right before your eyes.

KRAUTHAMMER: But that’s–I know. But that’s the reason they–

O’REILLY: That’s like–is that like the German people talking themselves into, oh uh, the National Socialist Party swell? Is it the same thing?

KRAUTHAMMER: No, it’s not the same thing. There is a difference between a fetus and a born, adult or child human being. I’m telling you the reason that Planned Parenthood and liberals are so afraid of the videos that were released is because it lifts the curtain.

You know, if you constantly have to make Nazi analogies and invoke Hitler during your arguments, it is likely you are desperate and on the losing end. Right now, white conservatives feel like they may finally get a ‘win’ after a summer full of disappointing losses. They saw same-sex marriage become legal nationwide. They witnessed another Supreme Court decision go against them in their attempts to get rid of Obamacare. Conservatives need this, they need to at least get rid of Planned Parenthood, just to make them feel better. That’s all this is about.

Fox News’ use of the Reductio ad Hitlerum fallacy is just another example of their hysteria and desperation (and that of their audience) as they frantically and futilely attempt to stave off the onrushing irrelevancy of their existence.
