Watch: Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade Mocks ‘Peaceful Riots’

Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade mocked protests over the weekend, sarcastically referring to them as ‘peaceful riots.’ The Fox & Friends host’s comments come amid the network’s continued push to paint protests as out of control and evidence of anarchy.

Co-host Ainsley Earhardt commented on footage released by police, which prompted Kilmeade’s mocking tone.

“Seattle police released that body cam video of that riot on Saturday,” she said. “Officers say they were hit by rocks and water bottles and explosives. There were 59 officers that were injured, 47 people were arrested.”

“Remember they can’t use anything chemical,” Kilmeade said. “Can’t use tear gas. Can’t use anything to disperse crowds, to control the crowd. This as Portland sees its 60th straight night of unrest. Rioters setting off fireworks overnight near the courthouse. Police using teargas to disperse the crowd. Same drill.”

“Two people taken into custody after a shooting just one block from the demonstration. But remember, these are peaceful. One person was hurt. And moments ago several police cars were found burned in Philadelphia. Some more of those peaceful riots. No-one was hurt. No word on any of those suspects.”

“All these peaceful riots. It’s amazing people are even paying attention.”
