Felicity Huffman Once Asked About Best ‘Hacks’ for New School Year

News broke Tuesday morning that actresses Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin were among 40 people arrested nationwide as part of a fraud scheme to get their children admitted to elite universities.

Huffman allegedly paid $15,000 to an organization that helped her daughter cheat on the SATs. Loughlin and her husband are accused of spending $500,000 to get both of their daughters admitted to the University of Southern California as recruits for the crew team. Neither girl actually participated in crew.

It did not take long for Twitter sleuths to prove the old adage that there is always a tweet:

Well, you could go the Jared Kushner route and get your dad to make a multi-million-dollar donation to Harvard. That’s a well-worn legal path for getting your underqualified spawn into an elite school. (The irony being that this was one of the rare legal transactions in the careers of Jared and Charles Kushner.)

Or you can go the route Huffman is accused of going, and find yourself named in a federal indictment. Whatever.
