WATCH: Tucker Carlson Really Loves Calling Other People Dumb

The mission statement of Tucker Carlson hit primetime Fox News program is that it is “the sworn enemy of lying, pomposity, smugness and group think.” Carlson promises his viewers that he’ll “ask the questions that you would ask – and demand answers.”

Apparently, part of being the “sworn enemy” of smug liars and pompous group-thinkers is to call them “dumb” every chance you get.

Tune into any episode of Tucker Carlson Tonight, and there’s a very good chance you’ll see the conservative commentator and best-selling author label someone a dumb person. And generally, the target falls into one of three categories — media, liberal, or academic.

We collected some examples of Tucker complaining about all the dumb people out there. These moments are far from exhaustive and are only pulled from the last three months. We could have added a lot more but didn’t think a feature-length video was needed to drive the point home.

Interestingly, Carlson touched on the subject and was a bit introspective in a recent podcast interview with the National Review’s Jaime Weinstein that was released on Monday.

“It’s not like I’ve always been right and everyone else is dumb,” he noted. “I’ve been plenty dumb, on television, too, so you can check it if you want. There’s no hiding from my dumbness.”
