Trump Commemorates 9/11 By Tweeting About Himself

On the 17th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the President of the United States is tweeting about himself. Donald Trump started the day by quoting from Fox News before sending a brief tweet about 9/11, which appeared to praise his administration.

“‘We have found nothing to show collusion between President Trump & Russia, absolutely zero, but every day we get more documentation showing collusion between the FBI & DOJ, the Hillary campaign, foreign spies & Russians, incredible.'” Trump’s first tweet of the day read. He tagged Fox News personalities Lou Dobbs and Sara Carter.

About four minutes later, Trump re-tweeted a photo showing him signing an order designating 11 September as ‘Patriot Day 2018’. Trump simply added the hashtags #NeverForget and #September11th. The original tweet was sent by his assistant, Dan Scavino Jr.

It took just 10 minutes for Trump to return to his favorite topics: the Russia investigation and the FBI.

“‘New Strzok-Page texts reveal “Media Leak Strategy,'” Trump tweeted, tagging Fox News. “So terrible, and NOTHING is being done at DOJ or FBI – but the world is watching, and they get it completely.”

President Trump’s tweets often reveal what he’s thinking. If that is the case, then today he’st thinking about his politic enemies and his friends at Fox News.  He will make a statement marking the anniversary of 9/11 later today.
