‘Say Goodbye! I’m Done!’ The View’s Whoopi Goldberg Loses Her Cool With Judge Jeanine Pirro

The moment you saw Trump-worshipping Fox News host Jeanine Pirro was scheduled to appear on ABC’s The View, you just knew it wouldn’t end well.

During a segment to promote her book Liars, Leakers, and Liberals — yes, that’s the name of her book — Pirro immediately told the roundtable that she wasn’t “an ideologue” and knows “a con when I see one,” causing the audience to laugh at her.

She would then go on to explain why she has such a problem with the Mueller investigation. Pointing to embattled FBI agent Peter Strzok as proof of anti-Trump bias, Pirro further complained that the government is creating “fake investigations” based off a “fake document by an opposing candidate in a national presidential race,” obviously referencing the Stelle dossier.

After guest host Ana Navarro took her to task for claiming she wasn’t an ideologue while asking if Donald Trump represents conservative principles, Pirro then singled out host Whoopi Goldberg after Goldberg insisted that Pirro answer the question about Trump.

“You’re suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome,” Pirro shouted at the Oscar winner. And at the point, it was on.

“Listen, I don’t have Trump derangement,” Goldberg angrily retorted. “Let me tell you what I do have. I have a lot of — I’m tired of people starting a conversation with ‘Mexicans are liars and rapists.'”

She continued, her temperature rising, “I’m 62 years old. There have been a lot of people in office that I didn’t agree with. I have never, ever seen anything like this. I have never seen anybody whip up such hate. I have never seen anybody be so dismissive… and clearly you don’t watch the show. so you don’t know that I don’t suffer from that. What I suffer from is the inability to figure out how to fix this. that’s my issue.”

Eventually, Pirro went after Goldberg for tearing into Trump at the top of the program, noting that while Goldberg may have a problem with how Trump talks “about all of these people” the real issue is “when people who shouldn’t be here end up murdering the children of American citizens.”

Pirro’s fearmongering about immigrants was apparently the last straw for Goldberg.

“What is horrible is when the President of the United States whips up people to beat the hell out of people,” Goldberg exclaimed. “Say goodbye! I’m done! I’m done!”

With that, the show hastily went to break while the audience cheered loudly for Goldberg. Following the break, the Ghost actress addressed the viewers, saying she wasn’t proud that she had “lost her cool” but that she also doesn’t like being accused of being hysterical.

UPDATE: Pirro appeared on colleague Sean Hannity’s radio program Thursday afternoon and told him that Goldberg told her to “get the F out of the building” following the heated on-air confrontation.
