Trump Says Democrats Worse Than China: They’re ‘Far More Honorable Than Crying Chuck And Nancy’

With the government shutdown currently in its 20th day and no end in sight as President Donald Trump digs in and continues to insist that Congress must fund his border wall, the president will make an appearance at the border on Thursday to continue to rally support for his long-promised wall (that Mexico was supposed to pay for).

Ranting to reporters on the White House lawn this morning as he prepared to leave for the southern border, Trump lobbed grenades at both Democrats and the media, claiming they were both in cahoots as the “opposition party.” He also said that Democratic leaders were worse than dealing with a hostile foreign power.

“The economy is incredible,” POTUS shouted at reporters. “We’re negotiating. And having tremendous success with China.”

He continued, “And I find China, frankly, in many ways to be far more honorable than Crying Chuck [Schumer] and Nancy [Pelosi]. I really do. I think that China is actually much easier to deal with than the opposition party.”

Yes, the president placed the Speaker of the House and Senate Minority Leader on the same level as America’s adversaries. This, of course, comes on the heels of POTUS storming out of a shutdown meeting and telling Democrats “bye-bye” after Pelosi confirmed that she won’t budge on giving him the wall in the future.

Anyway, things are completely normal and there is absolutely nothing to worry about, especially for the nearly million federal workers currently going without pay and facing down an uncertain future.
