Trump Uses Russia Press Conference To Brag, Blame Obama For ISIS

Donald Trump has used a press conference to deflect from reports that Russia has compromising information on him. Trump dismissed the allegations as fake news and moved on to other issues, defending and praising Russian President Vladimir Putin and attacking the Obama administration.

Trump told reporters that it was a good thing that Vladimir Putin liked him and said he would like a better relationship with that country. Trump also questioned yet again if Russia was responsible for the hacking of the Democratic National Committee.

Trump used the press conference to blame the Obama administration for creating the situation that allowed the rise of ISIS and he attacked Hillary Clinton and her campaign aide John Podesta. The president-elect claimed that Clinton would not be as tough on ISIS as he planned to be.

Trump also told the assembled journalists that he could not release his tax returns because he was under audit and that nobody except journalists cared about his tax returns anyway. Trump used the opportunity to brag about how big and successful his business are and claimed he had recently turned down a $2 billion offer to invest in Dubai.
