Once Upon A Time, Donald Trump Really Dug Sex Tapes And Appeared In Softcore Porn

A restless Donald Trump, unable to let go of his obsession over former Miss Universe Alicia Machado, unleashed a tweetstorm in the wee hours of the morning Friday. Calling Machado “a con” and “disgusting,” he urged his followers to “check out” the beauty queen’s (non-existent) sex tape. Because, as we all know, that is what men seeking the highest office in the land do at 4 AM.

As Trump spends day five wallowing in the trap Hillary Clinton set for him at the debate, it should be noted that while Machado is neither a porn star (like right-wing sites have claimed) nor has a sex tape (the reality TV outtake Trump’s referring to shows nothing explicit), the ex-Apprentice host has both appeared in a softcore porn and expressed love for sex tapes in the past.

Buzzfeed’s Andrew Kaczynski unearthed a 2000 Playboy video in which the Republican standard-bearer had a cameo. The film is the typical softcore Playboy Bunny-laden effort from the publication at the time, filled with buxom babes stripping down, bathing which each other and nakedly rubbing up to one another. Trump isn’t involved in the ‘action’ but does pop up to break a bottle of champagne across a Playboy limo in what I can only guess as a christening.

On a bus tour hunt for the 2000 Playmate of the Year around the country, the Playmates travel to different cities including New York, Las Vegas, Chicago, Nashville, and San Diego. Trump welcomes the Playmates in New York and pops a bottle of champagne to kick off the New York stop. Trump then pours it over the Playboy bunny logo.

“Beauty is beauty, and let’s see what happens with New York,” Trump says.

So, yeah, one can say Trump’s been in porn.

Also, Trump made a big show about saying Machado is “disgusting” for supposedly appearing in a sex tape. However, as Daily Beast’s Olivia Nuzzi highlighted, there was a time when the thrice-married celebrity billionaire thought they were awesome. In fact, he bragged about watching some while advising other women to publicly release theirs.

As The Daily Beast reported in August of 2015, Trump told Howard Stern in 2003 that he had watched Paris Hilton’s sex tape with his then-girlfriend, Melania Knauss.

“It was just on the internet,” Trump said. “Melania showed it to me.”

“I’ve known Paris Hilton from the time she’s twelve, her parents are friends of mine,” he added. “And the first time I saw her she walked into the room and I said, ‘Who the hell is that?’ At twelve, I wasn’t interested…but she was beautiful.”

In 2004, he said the tape didn’t bother him and suggested Hilton host the Miss USA pageant.

In 2005, Trump told Vanity Fair that Hilton’s sex tape, “only made her hotter.”

And when it became public that Miss USA runner-up Carrie Prejean (who was later dethroned) had a sex tape in 2009, Trump encouraged her to release it for public consumption.

Again, just to recap: Trump thinks it is terrible that a woman, who he already called “Miss Piggy” previously, may have had sex on video. Meanwhile, he’s appeared in a porn and used to love watching other people’s supposedly private sexcapades all the time.

Got it.
