“Extremely Tough” Donald Trump Claims He Would Have Prevented 9/11 If President

The Republican circus, led by head clown Donald Trump, just keeps on going. On the Sunday talk shows, GOP White House hopefuls appeared and all did their best to outcrazy each other. However, when the master ignoramus showed up on Fox News Sunday for a two-part interview with Chris Wallace, the rest of the field didn’t stand a chance.

During the half-melted creamsicle’s appearance on Fox’s Sunday show, he insisted that the 9/11 terror attacks would not have happened if he were President of the United States due to his “extremely tough” stance on illegal immigration. Apparently, the celebrity billionaire thinks that the perpetrators of the worst terror attack on U.S. soil were in the country illegally. However, as the AP reported immediately after Trump’s statement, 18 of the 19 hijackers were in the United States legally on business or tourist visas. The other one had obtained a student visa but never attended classes.

But, as we all know by now, the truth doesn’t matter to The Donald. (Just take a look at his PolitiFact page.) And it certainly hasn’t hurt his standing among GOP voters and his fawning fanboys. (Just take a look at his Twitter timeline.) Therefore, he is going to continue to spew half-baked bullshit and blatantly offensive stuff because that is how he’s made it this far. It’s all he knows.

The reason Wallace even brought up 9/11 during their interview is due to Trump trolling GOP opponent Jeb Bush over his brother being President during one of the worst disasters in American history. The reality TV star has taken to Twitter and campaign speeches to hammer Dubya for allowing the attacks to take place. Obviously, this has led to Jeb! defending his bubba, telling everyone who will listen that George W. Bush kept America safe after 9/11. Of course, this has only increased the Trumpster’s internet trollery.

After once again slamming Jeb and Georgie on the World Trade Center coming down, Trump then told Wallace that he would have been able to stop the catastrophe from happening because he would have prevented the hijackers from even coming in the country through his immigration policies.

“Well I would have been much different, I must tell you. It somebody said, ‘Well, it wouldn’t have been any different,’ well, it would have been. I am extremely, extremely tough on illegal immigration. I’m extremely tough on people coming into this country. I believe if I was running things, I doubt those families would have — I doubt those people would have been in the country. So there is a good chance those people would have not been our country.”

This has been another episode of the Trump Clown Show. Hope you enjoyed!

  1. So what Trump is saying is that, in the seven months between inauguration and 9-11, he would have successfully expelled every illegal alien in the US, thus averting the 9-11 attacks. I believe I am on solid ground in saying that is pure, unadulterated bullshit.
